Today’s video is from Paris and from the most famous sight in there – the Eiffel Tower. I made this video in order to remember and to show what it’s like to travel all the way up to the top of the Eiffel Tower. And what it’s like to come back down on the ground. You know, the elevator inside the Eiffel Tower does not take you all the way to the top. Instead, you must walk the last and topmost stairs all by yourself.
But it’s really worth all the trouble and the cost of going up there. With the trouble I mean the long queueing during a hot day and then the travelling in a small elevator up there high. Travelling in a small place with all them unknown people whose language you don’t even know to speak. Watching the ground beneath you reciding, knowing there is no turning back. But the view from there, from the top of the Eiffel Tower, is really something. Spectacular, unforgettable, and worth all the cost and trouble, like I said.
And then again, in the night time, when you are walking the Parisian streets in the centre, the view of the lights in the Eiffel Tower really bring about something indescribable for a tourist.

An interesting point to be made is that an Indian restaurant in Paris, for which Indivue gives five stars for the taste, was only at the 12159th position in the TripAdvisor. This makes you wonder how good food there might be in the top 100 restaurants in Paris, doesn’t it? Maybe this is the reason why they had to invent them Michelin stars. But back to this video and the Eiffel Tower – After watching this short video about the trip to the top of the Eiffel Tower and back on the ground, you will automatically get to see more videos about the Eiffel Tower and things related. Though I’m such a great fan of Hindi cinema, I need to tell you, that there are also some good movies made in West, which were shot in India.
Those movies, which were shot in India totally or partially, were not all made in Hollywood. Here’s a list of them good Western movies, and many of them have starred review by Indivue.

Slumdog Millionaire (2008), *****
One of the best movies is of course the Oscar-winning film Slumdog Millionaire (2008) directed by Danny Boyle and starring Dev Patel and Freida Pinto, with also Anil Kapoor and Irrfan Khan, familiar from Bollywood films.
Another beautiful masterpiece starring Dev Patel was the movie The man who knew infinity (2015) by Matthew Brown. The movie tells the story of the Indian mathematician Srinivasa Ramajunan from the state of Tamil Nadu in India.
Judi Dench was also recently starring the British movie Victoria & Abdul. This movie is said to be telling the real story of the real-life relationship between Queen Victoria of the United Kingdom and her Indian Muslim servant Munshi. The film was visually attractive and got for stars out of five from Indivue.

Life of Pi (2012), *****
The American movie Life of Pi was a five star film telling the story of an Indian man Pi, who survives a huge storm in the sea but loses his family in that. Very touching five star drama directed by Ang Lee and with Bollywood stars like Tabu, Irrfan Khan and Adil Hussain in the main roles. This movie had many beautiful and visually impressive scenes from Puducherry, India.
Lion is an Australian movie and it shot beautifully. It is starring Dev Patel and Nicole Kidman among brilliant child actors. The movie, based on a true story, is guaranteed to make you cry. Very much recommendable though.
Eat, Pray, Love was a light American drama starring Julia Roberts, and part of the film was shot in India. Though it was not the best of Julia Roberts’ movies, Eat, Pray, Love was worth seeing at least in a movie theatre. It got three stars out of five from Indivue.
