Here’s a detail of a work, which was originally painted with oil colours in India earlier this year. As it takes so long for the colours to dry, the painting had to be left in India, though it would have fitted in the luggage. Later the painting continued digitally. Brush strokes are intentionally visible. Surrealism?
These colors come from three roadside shops, behind of which a few coconut palms, on one sunny day in Colva, South Goa. The atmosphere was kind of same as in North Goa’s Anjuna Flea Market. The original sketch was made with one hand only in about 30 km/h speed on a scooter.
