25 ways to travel in India

INDIVUE’s travelblog started in 2005, both in Finnish and in English, and now in 2019 it is time to start the INDIVUE IGTV.

The first video of INDIVUE IGTV is called The 25 ways to travel in India. It is having some 25 behind the scenes -videos about how the trips and blogging in India has been made.

The video starts with the photographer, ie me, walking on the stones of Cabo De Rama in Goa. In the next scene you can see landing in Mumbai during sunset time.

After landing in Mumbai comes the floating scene from the sea in front of the Gateway of India. That scene was captured when I was on my way to the Elephanta Caves in 2006. From there the video takes you up all the way to Rishikesh and on the bridge crossing the river Ganges.

After Rishikesh comes the camel ride in Agra and from there the video takes you to Delhi and Qtub Minar. At this point I truly recommend you have the sound on the video. Then you can hear all the wonderful Indian birds singing in the background.

From Delhi the video goes back to more North of India and it takes you to a ride in a taxi right in the middle of the typical Indian traffic there, more than ten years back. After that the video goes with a cable car to the top of Mansa Devi in Haridwar, Uttarakhand.

From Mansa Devi the video goes back to Delhi and you can see a local bus and local traffic there. After that another ride takes you to the India Gate in Delhi. It is by the way a similar type of monument you saw in Mumbai in the beginning of this video.

From India Gate in Delhi the video jumps up to a beach in South Goa. On that Goan beach you can see tanned Westerners riding bicycles on the beach. After that the trip continues with a rickshaw in Goa and then from Margao bus-stand it jumps all the way to the other side of India, and to a rickshaw ride in Chennai.

In the middle of the video you are taken back to Margao, and to the local train station. There you can hear a water seller at work while people are waiting for the train. The next scene takes you far to Jaipur, where you can see Jal Mahal in the night time while walking by the water.

From Jaipur the video takes you to the high hilly roads of North India and from there back to landing in Goa. After that the video jumps again from the West coast of India to a coastal road in East India and from South-East India and Tamil Nadu it goes back to North and Agra in Uttar Pradesh.

Next scene comes from train ride somewhere in-between Chennai to Goa. After that the video takes you in the middle of the night time traffic in Jaipur. From Jaipur the trip continues with a horse ride in Agra and from there through the air you’re taken back to the West coast of India, and in the middle of the Fleamarket in Anjuna. Last scenes of the video come from the lovely small roads of Goa and the video ends up with a scene lost in Chennai.

This was the content of this video 25 ways to travel in India, broadly spoken. Enjoy your watching experience also with volume and hear all the authentic sounds from India, uncut.
